* Grooved Tower & Set Screws - Some manufacturers have scored a groove in the tower support at the location where each tier attaches. This, along with the addition of a third set screw in the tier, allows for quick and easy mounting of the tiers, without the need for a level.

** Double Core - Includes a custom, aluminum encased, double core heating element. It is designed to distribute heat more evenly, thus maintaining a more consistent temperature and minimizing the possibility of scorching the chocolate.

*** Crown - The crown is the decorative top piece of the fountain. Units with a 1 piece crown are much easier to clean, since they do not accumulate chocolate in the small cracks & crevices found in the multi piece fabricated crowns.
