“Register and Win” Contest Rules

1. No purchase or payment necessary to enter.
2. Contest Period is from May 1st 2007 to October 31, 2007.
3. The “Register and Win” Contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest are final in all respects.
4. The Contest is ONLY open to permanent U.S. small business entities or residents. If a business, it must be valid and licensed to operate in one of the 50 United States. Employees, officers and directors of Chocolate Fountain Sales, its subsidiaries and consultants, agents and suppliers, are not eligible to enter and win. Chocolate Fountain Sales reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all potential winners.
5. To Enter: Visit the Chocolate Fountain Sales website at www.chocolatefountainsales.com (the "Contest Website") and follow the instructions to fully complete the online entry form. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
6. To Win: Each qualified entrant shall receive one (1) point for each dollar spent at www.chocolatefountainsales.com within the Contest Period. Each entrant may also register up to ONE TIME each week for an additional 25 points. EACH TIME AN ENTRANT REGISTERS THEY MUST USE THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS TO HAVE THOSE POINTS CREDITED TO THEIR POINT POOL. Chocolate Fountain Sales is in no way responsible for entries that are not entered correctly and will not, and cannot, move point pool totals from one registered e-mail account to another registered e-mail account.
7. To complete the official entry form, an entrant must provide the required contact information. Entries must be received by CFS during the “Contest Period” to be eligible.
8. All components of the entry must be accurate and valid to be eligible. CFS is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
9. Chocolate Fountain Sales is not responsible for malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Furthermore, Chocolate Fountain Sales is not responsible for: (i) lost, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or late entries or (ii) any act, failure to act, or delay regarding the transmitting or processing of entries. Chocolate Fountain Sales reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest without notice if factors beyond Chocolate Fountain Sales' control, including technical difficulties, disrupt or corrupt the fair or secure administration or operation of the contest. Void where prohibited. Chocolate Fountain Sales is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and its decisions are final. Chocolate Fountain Sales reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Chocolate Fountain Sales has reason to believe has not been honest, or does not otherwise meet the contest rules. If a winner is disqualified or determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected. Alternate winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
10. By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Chocolate Fountain Sales and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest, including infringement of intellectual property rights. Chocolate Fountain Sales and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this contest.
11. Winners will be chosen on or about November 5, 2007 from all eligible entries received and will be notified by phone or e-mail on or about November 10, 2007.
12. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be assigned, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except where indicated, but Chocolate Fountain Sales reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.
13. Entries that fail to comply with the Official Contest Rules will be disqualified.
