This electric double boiler is simply the easiest and safest way to melt your chocolate. It has a large 15 quart capacity that will hold 20 pounds of un-melted chocolate plus thinning oil. You can melt enough chocolate to fill any machine at one time. The other benefit of this unit is that you are able to melt or maintain chocolate right at your event, without the need for kitchen facilities. All you need is a standard 110 volt electrical outlet and some water. This unit has an all stainless steel exterior and is NSF approved.
